General
I reserve the right to refuse an order at any time and for any reason.
I will only begin working on a commission when initial payment is received.
Commissioned artwork may be posted however the client would like, however please credit back to me, @BexSuu on Twitter.
Commissions are for personal use only but if you need it for commercial rights (merchandise, monetization in any way) please notify me beforehand please.
I'm likely to post wips and finished pieces to my twitter or I may stream while I'm working so please let me know if you wish to keep something private! There will be a privacy fee of $10 USD if this is the case.
Please do not edit, trace, redistribute, make merchandise or claim the commissioned artwork as your own.
Live 2D and 3D models
Commercial costs are included in the price of Live2D and 3D model commissions.
Credit is required in your bio and/or about page, @BexSuu on Twitter.
I require at least 2-5 weeks to finish a Live2D or 2D model project so keep this in mind before commissioning me.
If your application is accepted, you will be emailed with your spot in the queue and a quote for the total cost. Any additional questions may be discussed at this time as well.
The delivery of the working model files will be delivered via Google Drive.
Once the model is delivered, a 1 week revision phase begins to test out the model. You may request any fixes or adjustments at this time and they will be completed ASAP. If fixes or adjustments are only noticed after this phase, I can still fix them but it will be after my current queue.
If you would like additions added to your model at a later date please feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to schedule you in at my next opening. Returning clients take precedence over my public openings, but will not interrupt my current queue.
Payment
I accept payments in USD via Paypal Invoice or by Ko-fi commission slot (for illustrations)
After Invoice is sent it must be paid within 7 days of request. If the client has failed to pay the invoice at this time the commission will be cancelled and I will move on to another client.
Payment must be done in full.
Refunds, Changes & Adjustments
NO refunds unless I have not yet started on the commission. If I accept a refund please note there will be a cancellation fee regardless.
In the case that I am unable to complete a commission and have to cancel, the client will receive a full refund.
Revision requests after sketch/lineart will incur a fee. No revisions can be made after final work has been sent to the client unless a revision phase has been discussed.
